For outdoor sessions, I’ll keep a close eye on the forecast. If we need to reschedule due to weather, I’ll reach out directly with alternate dates.

☀️ Weather:

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can try to fill your spot. Retainers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if available.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling:

A non-refundable retainer of 100$ is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 2 days before your session.

💸 Deposit:

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled and ready to begin on time. Sessions are booked back-to-back, so late arrivals may result in a shorter session.
