There are weddings, and then there are the ones that take your breath away from the very first moment and Ally & Allistair’s day at the iconic Algonquin Resort and Drewhaven in St. Andrews, New Brunswick was absolutely the latter.
From the delicate detail shots in the soft morning light, to the tears of the first look, to dancing the night away surrounded by the people they love most every single moment of August 30th, 2025 was pure magic.
Every love story starts with the little things, and Ally’s details were nothing short of perfect. Pearl earrings, a lace garter with a touch of blue, warm autumn florals in deep orange and burgundy each piece carefully chosen and full of meaning. These are the details brides spend months dreaming about, and they were stunning.

Set against the lush, manicured gardens of the Algonquin, Ally & Allistair shared a first look that was quietly breathtaking. The white picket fences, mature trees, and storybook architecture of this iconic New Brunswick property created a backdrop that felt like something out of a fairytale. The moment he turned around? Everything.

The Drewhaven’s stunning chapel space with soaring arched windows, warm chandeliers, and a raised circular altar was the perfect setting for their “I do’s.” Flooded with natural light, the ceremony was intimate and romantic, surrounded by their closest family and friends. This beautiful space is located just minutes from the Algonquin in St Andrews allowing couples to smoothy move between locations. That first kiss as husband and wife? Chills. Every. Single. Time.

Ally’s bridesmaids brought the most beautiful burst of colour mismatched gowns in lavender, sage, soft blue and floral pink, each carrying lush, wildly gorgeous bouquets overflowing with orange, coral and greenery. Joyful, fun, and so full of love these girls made every photo absolutely radiant. This day we just barely missed a downpour, sneaking in these moments before running back into the Algonquin with umbrellas

If there’s one thing St. Andrews knows how to do, it’s a sunset and August 30th delivered. After the reception, we slipped away to the waterfront where the red rocks met the glittering bay, and the sky turned into something absolutely unreal. Ally’s cathedral veil caught the breeze, the light wrapped around them like gold, and we made the kind of photos you hang on your wall forever.
And as if the evening couldn’t get any more perfect, we ended the night in the streets of St. Andrews, the two of them walking hand in hand down the centre line as the sun dropped behind the rooftops. Cinematic doesn’t even begin to cover it.
